We provide General/Janitorial Services, Specialty Services
and Notary Services.
First time services almost always run longer due to being unfamiliar
with new surroundings and generally covering areas neglected or
overlooked.
General Services:

Specialty Services provides just that. Special and unique pampering
that is not covered by our general or routine services. Specialty
Services are generally for the vacationers and weekend get-away
clients that want to show up and start playing. Specialty Services
will eliminate shopping and needless trips to and from the
grocery/conveniance stores for needed or forgotten items.
Notary Public:
Notary Public provides Notary Services to the general public
and Notary Services.

General Services:
- General services include but are not limited to sweeping,
moping, vacuuming, dusting and bathrooms, empty trash bags
and replace.
- Other specific cleaning services offered are: Laundry, dishes,
ovens, refrigerators windows, baseboards, ceiling fans, decks
and patios, washing down walls and cabinets.
Janitorial Services:
- Janitorial services include controlling floor appearance by
vacuuming and sweeping, mop hard surface floors, dust and
clean horizontal surfaces (cleared surfaces of desks, tables,
filing cabinets, furniture, and unobstructed work areas).
- Rest rooms: Thoroughly clean and mop, mirrors toilets and
sinks using disinfectants/detergents. Refilling of soap and
paper products. Empty trash bags and replace trash bags.
Sweep surface of immediate exterior. Sanitize telephones.
Specialty Services:
Specialty Services provides just that. Special and unique pampering
that is not covered by our general or routine services. Specialty
Services are generally for the vacationers and weekend get-away
clients that want to show up and start playing. Specialty Services
will eliminate shopping and needless trips to and from the

- Stocking or Discarding Requested Items (Grocery / Toiletries
- Beverages
- House Cleaning before arrivals, after, and during if needed.
- Running Errands- your running out of time-let us help. Just
say the word...yes we run errands to help you when time is
running out.
